Opening its doors in 1986, Athens Construction has completed over 36 years of continuous operation, serving the demanding custom home residential market of upscale neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. The bulk of our work consists of custom single-family homes and upscale residential units, in addition to commercial, retail, and institutional projects.

We are a family-owned business with the second generation taking substantial leadership roles in the firm.
